We are now looking for two dedicated and service-oriented employees with training starting in the spring.

Position 1:

COOK & RESTAURANT ASSISTANT a combined position. 50%-65% according to agreement

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and cooking of dishes according to menu and concept
• Responsibility for quality, taste, and presentation of food
• Preparation of ingredients (mise en place), baking, and basic kitchen production
• Ensure that hygiene routines and food safety are followed according to applicable regulations
• Serving and customer interaction in the dining room and at the dish/cash register
• Handling orders, cash register, and basic administrative tasks
• Restocking and displaying food, drinks, and products in the restaurant and store
• Washing dishes, cleaning, and maintaining order in kitchen and serving areas
• Participation in menu planning, production, and improvement of working methods
• Collaboration with colleagues to create an efficient, positive, and professional work environment

Qualifications:

Experience working in a restaurant. Preferably with relevant education

Good understanding of cooking from scratch

Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and ingredient handling

Interest and commitment to our concept – plant-based and sustainable cooking

Thrives in a fast-paced environment, has good physical stamina, and is a positive flexible team player

Works in a structured manner with good order and planning.

Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented

Position 2:

RESTAURANT ASSISTANT

part-time employment. 35-40% according to agreement

Responsibilities:

• Kitchen work with food preparation
• Cash register and sales
• Barista
• Plating and serving
• Cleaning and dishwashing
• Receiving goods/Inventory/Orders.
• Introducing new employees.

Qualifications:

• Experience in restaurant/café
• Interest and commitment to our concept.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment, has good physical stamina, and is a good team player.
• Works in a structured, efficient, and careful manner with good order.
• Solution-oriented, flexible, and responsible.
• Positive, energetic, passionate about service and customer contact.
